Dr. Mahmoud currently holds the position of a professor in the department of parasitology in the University of Cairo since 2004. Her field of specialization is Fish Parasitology. She joined as an Assistant Lecturer from 1990 to 1994. Lecturer of Parasitology since 1994 and Assistant Professor of Parasitology since Sept.1999. She is a Prof. of Parasitology since 2004.She had received her MVSc (Parasitology, fish parasites) in 1990 and PhD (Parasitology, fish parasites) from Cairo University in 1994.

Her Research interest is in Fish parasitology, "Fish parasitic infestation in relation to environmental pollution".

T K Gahlot is a Professor of Veterinary Surgery and Radiology, College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Bikaner, Rajasthan, India. He is Editor in Chief of Journal of Camel Practice and Research from more than 23 years. He has edited many books on camels, including: “Selected Research on Camelid Immunology”, “Selected Research on Gross Anatomy and Histology of Camels”, “Selected Research on Camelid Parasitology”, “Selected Research on Camelid Physiology and Nutrition”, “Selected Topics on Camelids, Selected Topics on Camelids”, “Selected Bibliography of Camelids” between 1992 and 2000. He has edited proceedings of International Camel Conferences held at Germany, Saudi Arabia and Bikaner (India). He has developed several surgical techniques for dromedary camels specially the Interdental Wiring technique for mandibular fracture repair.

Marina Pavlak is Professor and Head of the Department of Veterinary Economics and Epidemiology at the University of Zagreb, Croatia. She has completed her DVM, Post Graduation and PhD from Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Zagreb. Marina is a member of Croatian Veterinary Association, Croatian DAAD Club, Croatian Epidemiological Society; Croatian Society for Simulation and Modelling (CROSSIM); World Poultry Science Association-Croatia (WPSA-CRO); Croatian Immunology Society and Croatian Society of Agricultural Economists Society for Veterinary Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine. She has published more than 120 scientific and professional papers including 15 handbooks and books for students and veterinarians. She has been a key speaker at various national and international conferences and has delivered guest lectures in Epidemiology at Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Austria. She has participated as leader on 18 national and international scientific projects.

He worked in various areas of the veterinary profession including teaching and research as well as clinical practice. He is a member of Council of BEVA for eight years and is the current President of BEVA. He developed a first opinion and referral equine practice from scratch and delivers around 65 days of CPD annually both within the UK and overseas. In 2015 he was a speaker at 66 days of equine CPD in nine different countries ranging from Argentina to Australia. He lectured at all the major International Equine Veterinary Congresses including BEVA (22 times), American Association of Equine Practitioners (3 times), South African Equine Practitioners Group (3 times), World Equine Veterinary Association (3 times) and at the 2008 Bain-Fallon Congress in Australia.

Srebrenka Nejedli is a full Professor in Department of Anatomy, Histology and Embryology Veterinary Faculty, University of Zagreb, Croatia. She is also a Member of EAVA and European Aquaculture Society

Her research interests include anatomy, histology and embryology.

Dr. Krisztina Kungl graduated at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, Poland. In the Department of Internal Medicine and Clinic of Diseases of Horses, Dogs and Cats she was responsible teacher for Companion animal clinical nutrition and fodder hygiene. She completed her PhD research on the Effects of dietary supplementation of ω3 and ω6 fatty acids on hair coat and skin in the healthy dog, which resulted in a worldwide patent of the formula with Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. She currently holds a post at the Department of Clinical Pathology and Oncology, University of Veterinary Medicine, Budapest, Hungary, where she continues nutrition consultation and formulation of individualized home-made diets for dogs and cats. She is an expert in small animal clinical nutrition. Previously she was Veterinary Affairs Manager, Hill’s Pet Nutrition Central and Eastern Europe with Russia, also worked for the Hungarian Food Safety Office (HFSO).

In addition, she is lecturer of clinical pathology, pathophysiology and nutrition related topics of internal medicine.

Dr.Erol Guclu Gulanber is a clinician scientist, who is an specialist in Veterinarian Surgery and Integrative Medicine. Between 1989 and 2001, he worked as Assistant Professor in the Veterinary Faculty of Istanbul University; department of surgery. In 1992, Dr. Gulanber became the first veterinarian doctor, who went to the People’s Republic of China from Turkey to get acupuncture education from Beijing Agricultural University, Veterinary College, Department of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine. He completed TCVM and acupuncture course and took the certificate. In 1994, he got the title “Doctor Veterinary Medicine” with the doctorate thesis under the heading “Acupuncture and acupunctural applications in veterinary medicine”. This thesis is the first doctorate thesis, which is related to acupuncture in the field of medical sciences in Turkey. Also, Dr. Gülanber is the clinician, who applied acupuncture in veterinary medicine in Turkey, for the first time. Besides, he studies integrative medicine such as bioresonans, energy medicine, prolotherapy, neuraltherapy and ozone therapy. Researcher Gulanber, having more than 50 national and international scientific publications, is working as clinician in Academia Animal Hospital, Istanbul. He is a board member of World Association of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (WATCVM) and American Association of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (AATCVM).
